PAYMENT:
We accept payment via Check, Money Order, PayPal and Credit Cards (through PayPal).
If you are sending a Check/Money Order, please make check payable to:
R.WING and mail to: P.O. BOX 2, RIVERSIDE, MI 49084.
When paying by check, your order will ship once we have received verification from our bank that your check has cleared.
Returned Checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check fee, plus any charges levied by our financial institution.
Product pricing does not reflect Shipping Charges.

NOTE - For our Safety and Yours.... ALL Payments are processed through PayPal, and the method you use for payment is invisible to us -- i.e. - we do NOT know whether you paid using PayPal, your checking account or a Credit Card. As such, we do NOT store Payment information, your Card (or PayPal Account) will be charged immediately when you place your order. If an item is out of stock, or shipping charges are less than calculated, we will refund the difference using PayPal's direct refund service. Thus, only you and PayPal have your Credit Card information.

International Customers, please select "Local Pickup" as the shipping option and you will be invoiced separately for actual shipping charges.
If your order does not contain our Toys, you can expect your order to ship within 1-3 business days, depending on our current load and the size of your order. During Sales and Promotions orders may take longer.
Please note that we are a small Mom & Pops operation. No employees and low overhead are what allow us to keep our prices low. Orders are processed, packed and shipped in the order received. It may take several days for us to get your order pulled and packed, again depending on our current work load. If you have ordered any of our toys, please allow additional time, as toys are assembled as ordered.
INVENTORY:
We make every effort to keep our inventory levels up-to-date. However, there may be times that we are out of stock on a particular item, even tho the store shows the item in stock. In this instance you will be given your choice of waiting for the item to arrive from the manufacturer or a full refund.
AVIAN ANTICS TOYS:
All Avian Antics toys are individually handmade, and require additional time. Most orders will ship within one week, depending on the size of the order. During Sales and Promotions, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping.
RETURN POLICY:
Avian Antics has a strict no return policy. To protect the health and safety of our customer's birds. We do not recycle merchandise. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to make it right. Please make sure you read product descriptions carefully and choose the appropriate sized item for your bird. If you have any questions, please contact us before you place your order. We cannot be responsible for items you purchase that are not the correct size for your bird.
