2.  Click COMPLETE ORDER and you will be taken to a Page where you CAN sign into a PayPal Account, if you wish -OR- you can click on the text: "DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT". 
This will take you to a Credit Card Processing Page, where you can complete your order using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or any Debit Card with these logos.

Please read and understand all information below BEFORE placing an order with us

General Information


All orders placed in this store, ship out of our Michigan home based warehouse, via United States Postal Service (USPS).  All toys offered in this store are handmade as ordered.  Please note that it can take several days to several weeks for your order to ship, depending on our current load and the size of your order.  Orders are processed and assembled in the order received.  Generally your order will ship with 7-10 days.  During Sales please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to ship.


Shipping

Domestic: All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS), with Delivery Confirmation.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once USPS has taken possession of the package. If you wish your package insured for loss/damage, please email and we will invoice you through PayPal for the additional charge.
International: International customers please email for shipping options and charges.


Damaged Items or Shortages

We must be notified of damaged items or shortages immediately, and in all cases within 15 days of your receipt of the order.  We will replace or refund at our discretion.  If we have not heard from you within 15 days, we assume that all is well and we will not be responsible for damaged items or short shipments.


Acceptable Forms of Payment: US Currency Only 

PayPal, Credit Card, Money Orders, Personal Checks (USA only).  
Sorry no COD’s. 
Checks and Money Orders must clear our bank, prior to shipping.
RETURNED CHECKS: There is a $35 fee for all returned checks, plus any charges levied by our financial institution.  Product Pricing does not include shipping charges. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 
Michigan residents: 6% sales tax applicable.
Our Layaway Plan

We offer an informal type of Layaway plan to enable our customers to take advantage of Sales/Promotions, even tho the timing may not be right for them.  To place an order for 'Layaway', add items to your cart, as you normally would, and go through the checkout process.  Select "CHECK" or "BUSINESS CHECK" as the method of Payment, and type LAYAWAY and the Date you plan to pay for the order, into the comments section.  You will receive an invoice for your order through PayPal.  You may pay for your order via PayPal, Credit Card or by mailing a check.  Your order must be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date you placed the order.  If we have not received payment within 30 days, we will cancel the order, and any Coupon Code(s) used when placing the order will not be honored.  If you have any questions regarding our Layaway plan, please contact me via email:  shelly@aviananticsbirdtoys.com


Return Policy

Avian Antics has a no return policy.   To protect the health and safety of your birds and ours, we do not recycle merchandise. If you have a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will do everything possible to make it right. Please make sure you read product descriptions carefully and choose the appropriate sized item for your bird. If you have any questions, please contact us before you place your order. We cannot be responsible for items you purchase that are not the correct size for your bird.
We will replace damaged or broken items.  In the case of items that ship directly from the Distributor or Manufacturer, we must adhere to the Distributor/Manufacturer's return policy and you may be required to communicate directly with the Distributor/Manufacturer if requested.
